Many came into contact with the late Mike Stewart, Jazz educator and Coordinator here at JazzSA. He left a legacy of excellence in jazz music that will live on for years to come.

 In his honour, a memorial fund has been created with the intention to reward young musicians within the JazzSA Superbands program for qualities that exemplify Mike’s example.
